Our Mission
To create awareness of the value of good character in business;
provide training, resources, tools and networking opportunities
so businesses can implement and sustain character initiatives
that will positively impact their organization.
DuPage Character Development Coalition
The Coalition was formed in November 2000 to provide a forum for community representatives to meet on a monthly basis to share ideas and work together in DuPage County to foster character development in youth. The emphasis and activities have been focused on working with schools and whole communities to develop the social capital of the next generation.
A business committee was formed in 2005 to provide businesses with character development strategies and tools, because character development is also for adults. We believe that focusing on good character can help individuals grow and excel, thereby improving the businesses they work in.
